Event Expiration / Event Archives / Event Password
Events are available to view and order online for a limited time. Be sure to note the event expiration date! 

Photos are posted within 24 hours of when the event took place (unless by some act of God there is a delay.) They are posted for thirty days and then go into the archives. Archived events have a little purple vault next to them. There is an access fee to go into the archived events . Upon approval of access, you receive an email with your login information that gives you THREE days to view all of the archives, as well as a gift certificate to apply the fee to your order.

Your login information to view the archives is a separate login from your favorites folder, or previous login if you registered with AlisonHartwell.com . Again, the archive access is only valid for THREE DAYS from when your access is approved. When you have access to the archives, you have access to all the archives, not just the event you requested. You can also see old photos that you had saved in your favorites.

 If a password is required to view an event that you were not notified of, you may submit a request via email. If you have forgotten your password, you may submit a request directly through the website and you will be emailed your password immediately. You can now order and pay online for events that are no longer posted. Submit request on the Contact page to receive information. You must know the specific photo number to submit your order, which is on the back of every photo. We do have on file all order histories and all archives.
Again, events are available to view and order online for a limited time.

"Favorites" password and Account password

While browsing photos, under each photo are three options : "Add to Cart" , "Add to Favorites" , and "View larger." When you choose "Add to Favorites," you will be asked to create a password. That password is only for your  Favorites folder.  When you place an order and you have to fill out your name / address info, you are offered the option of saving your information. That password is to save your name and address information, so you will not ever need to fill out the form again, as a returning customer. You may choose to use the same passwords for both, but understand that they are two separate parts of the system ! Any forgotten passwords may be retrieved quickly and easily, either through the site, or by sending a request via email.

Customizations
"Simple Edits" are available (ears forward, remove item from background). These are individually done by renowned Graphic Designers. Each and every photo ordered is handled by Graphic Designers, for the presentation ordered. All done on an individual basis. Don't hesitate to inquire for further, more detailed design, as we take great pride in offering individual attention to our clients' needs. A variety of private projects and customized items  are available including holiday greeting cards, collages, book projects and videos.

Custom Frames
We are partnered with one of the most esteemed framers in the United States. Hand carved and stained or painted (including gold-leaflet), historical, museum framing, that for decades was only available to museums and historical galleries, is now exclusively available through Alison Hartwell Photography. With a quick turnaround of two weeks, nothing beats top-quality framing for your special moments!  Sample gallery on the website coming soon. All frames made in the USA.

Commissioned Events / Private Projects / Requests
So you've learned that it makes a very big difference, and you need top - quality photos for your website, advertising, or promotion? Packages are available for whatever your interests are. AHP is available for independent projects, portrait sessions and other commissioned events. Submit a request through the Contact page, and you will receive a prompt reply.
 
Payment
  Be sure to save your name and address information at checkout, to save time in future ordering online. CREDIT CARDS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED VIA PAYPAL.
Checks and money orders mailed must be accompanied by a print out of the order enclosed.

ORDERS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

Standard delivery is two to four weeks. Express shipping and processing is available.
 Customizations, Specialty items, or the giclee paper may take longer.
