Usage Rights and Usage Fees for Photos:

Your purchase of our photos does NOT include the right to reproduce any photo for any reason.
NO REPRODUCTION RIGHTS - INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DERIVATIVE, PRINT, ELECTRONIC, OR WEBSITE USE IS GRANTED. We make our living from the reproductions of our work, and all images are protected under Copyright laws ! Violators will be prosecuted. We are easy to contact and are happy to negotiate whatever your photographic needs are. The following are the standard fees for additional uses of our photos, and some clear categories of common usages: Confirmed written permission from our office and clear photo credit attached to each and every photo, is required for any and all usage. Personal For Sale Ads of individual horses: You must purchase a 5" X 7" or larger of the photo at the time of permission request. If a sale ad in any way promotes the agent, sales business, trainer, event or facility, or invites customers to inquire about other horses, then the ad falls into the Promotional Ad category and a usage fee is due. Promotional Ads for your farm, event, training business or stallion, $200.00 per ad run (multiple insertions of the same ad or multiple photos may be negotiated for package rate). Corporate Ads which include one of our photos are priced starting at $400.00. Congratulatory Ads. You must purchase a 5" X 7" or larger of the photo you are using, at the time of permission request. Congratulatory Ads are defined as purely a congratulations to an individual or horse on a certain achievement. If the ad mentions a trainer, coach, facility or product used, then it is considered a Promotional Ad and a usage fee is due. Year - End Awards. You must purchase a 5" X 7" or larger and submit that physical photo, along with confirmed written permission from our office, to any publications in which you want it to appear. Publications WILL NOT accept 4" X 6" proof prints or scanned images. Please allow plenty of time to order your prints for this purpose. Website Usage must receive confirmed written permission from our office in advance. Scanning of photos is not permitted under any circumstances. Usage fees for individual photos on business or farm/club websites are priced starting at $200.00 per photo. Multiple photos will be given a discount. Packages are available for websites. You may use photos on your "personal" web site if a 5" X 7" or larger of that photo has been purchased previously. Written notice must be submitted to our office with the file name and precise URL address where the image is being posted. Clear photo credit for each and every photo is required.
